Excel Master is looking for a diligent and focused individual to write Standard Operating Procedures for internal and external procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with your colleagues to write process documents for all internal processes
- Create procedure documents for client processes
- Update current documents on a monthly basis
- Create video instructions and record videos for our templates
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven work experience working in a company that used Excel
- Proven work experience using various SaaS tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Office, MailChimp etc.
- Proven work experience using various social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Proven work experience of exposure to data visualisation within Excel
- Thorough understanding of the products and services offered by Excel Master i.e. data analysis, business intelligence
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver spreadsheets according to client’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
REMUNERATION
- Wages are paid monthly on the last Friday of the month
- Bonuses on sales are paid quarterly
- Salary is negotiatible
